This hotel met expectation in every way, can just recommend. We have stayed here for 1 night and had a comfortable experience. The location was unbeatable near to centre of old town and the stuff here was amiable and very very helpful. Besides, it was adjacent to all the historic sites and Dalì Sculptures as well as the Sassi.

Superior hotel, good location in the old town of Matera and very helpful staff. New-fashioned and well-equipped room, with central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. Well-equipped bathroom with a bidet. Location so close to delicious restaurants and the Sassi and centre.

The grounds of the hotel are simply enchanting, with the former Church of Saint Martin standing proudly as if it were the patron of wine. It adds a touch of whimsy and romance to the overall ambiance of the place.

I really enjoyed the room with a kitchenette, the bed was comfy. All the staff was really helpful. The location was amazing, at a short distance from Belvedere di Piazza Giovanni Pascoli Observation Deck.

Booked a room with a kitchenette. The location was marvellous, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Church of Saint Peter 'barisano'.

The hotel is nestled right in the heart of the historic center, making it super convenient to explore all the sights. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, like something out of a postcard. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and great recommendations for things to see and do during our short stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. There were ants crawling all over the walls and floor, which made us uncomfortable.

we stayed at residence le vie del mosto in a big modern room with stunning city views. the location was perfect, situated in the old part of the city and accessible by foot. the accommodation was well-equipped with a powerful shower and everything needed for a comfortable stay. the staff, especially maria luisa, were outstanding and provided helpful information on restaurants, sightseeing tours, and parking. the breakfast in the lovely courtyard was delicious and the service was incredible. overall, it was a beautiful and memorable experience.

The hotel is located in the Sassi area, which added to its unique charm. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the modern design made for a comfortable and cozy stay. The hotel facilities were great, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and making my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at Residence Le Vie Del Mosto in Matera. The view from my little balcony was absolutely amazing, with the Sassi right in front of me. The room was clean, comfortable, and in a very central location. The directions to find the hotel were spot on, and the friendly host even arranged a walking tour for us in our limited time. The room had everything we needed, including AC and a dehumidifier, which was necessary in the humid weather. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed a bottle of wine on the little table outside while taking in the stunning view of Matera at night. They also provided helpful information about free parking options and the breakfast was good in both quality and quantity. a wonderful experience.
